Hormones control almost everything in our body and symptoms like acne, migraines or hair loss are all signs of hormonal imbalance. In this episode, we chat with Jessica Demasi, Certified Eating Psychology Coach who specializes in functional endocrinology about these symptoms and what we can do to get rid of them! Balancing your hormones requires a holistic approach which can include everything from diet, exercise, the products we put on our skin and use at home, and as you’ll learn, most importantly, your daily stress levels. Jessica enlightens us with ways to determine if our hormones are causing these symptoms and provides us with various strategies to get our hormones back in order.
