I came up with this Smoothie Bowl to seriously crush your hunger, all while spiking ketones, and getting some serious nutrient dense food into your face!

This coconut blueberry smoothie bowl can be eaten for breakfast or you could have it for a lunch, it even turns into such an amazing dessert! Here’s what ya need:

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Organic Coconut Milk (full fat none of that light shit)
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon of Organic Coconut Butter (don’t be scared make it a Heaping scoop)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Organic Almond Butter (Macadamia butter is good too, but stay away from Peanut Butter, its not even a NUT)
  • 1 cup of Organic Spinach (Grab a Massive Handful yo, Kyle made me put in Measurements)
  • ½ Cup of Organic Blueberries (Frozen if the season is closed for freezing, get it?)
  • ½ Scoop of New Zealand Grass Fed Protein (I like chocolate for that shit but whatever tickles your fancy)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Grass Fed Collagen
  • 1 cup of ice (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Hemp Hearts, Pumpkin seeds, ground chia

Directions:

  1. If you need instructions on how to put this in a blender go to Booster Juice, you don’t deserve it… (ok blend it for at least 60 seconds until SMOOTHIIEEE)
