There is no prep but gathering the ingredients and then blend away!

- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 juice of a lemon (add more if needed)
- 1 shallot
- Sea salt
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend til smooth
