Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 juice of a lemon (add more if needed)
  • 1 shallot
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend til smooth
